Despite being an athlete in her youth, Erin found herself overweight and unhealthy after letting the demands of a career in technology and family take over her life. She found a love for fitness and wellness that helped her reach a healthy weight, and eliminate the need for lifelong medication.

Erin found her way to yoga after a herniated disc left her in chronic pain and unable to do many of the activities she enjoyed. After noticing that most of her physical therapy incorporated yoga poses, she sought out a studio to start her yogic journey. Through regular practice, she found relief from chronic pain, spiritual balance, and reduced stress from learning to live in the moment.


Erin's life experiences have led her to her current path. She specializes in working with athletes, providing yoga instruction designed to avoid the overuse and imbalances that cause many of the injuries she has suffered, as well as with adults who are seeking their path to a balanced life - mind, body and spirit.


Erin is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Nutrition Coach.


She resides in Ballston, New York with her two teenaged sons and two dogs. Erin typically can be found at the yoga studio, the gym, visiting her older son at college, or on the sidelines cheering her youngest on in football and wrestling.
